At Velora, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions below.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and unopened.
  • Be in its original packaging.
  • Be in the same condition that you received it.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.

How to Request a Return

  • Your order number.
  • The reason for your return.
  • Photos if your item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your order is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@veloracosmetics.nl so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive another item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
